MK Home Paints uses only branded & genuine paint products and handles the complete painting process from start to finish ensuring high-quality service.

2. Inclusive Pricing

All quotations include material costs (paint, primer, putty etc.) and labor charges. No hidden charges will be applied.

3. 1-Year Service Warranty

• Warranty covers paint peeling, bubbling, and flaking.
• Includes both labor & material support.

4. Warranty Limitations

Warranty does NOT cover issues caused due to:

• Water leakage
• Seepage or dampness
• Rain damage
• Structural cracks in the building

5. Shade Selection Policy

Clients can choose up to 3 free wall shades. Every additional shade will cost ₹500 per shade.

6. Project Cancellation Policy

Once work has started or the site is initiated, mid-project cancellations are not accepted.

7. Payment Terms

A. For projects below ₹1,00,000:

• 25% – Booking Amount
• 75% – On Full Job Completion

B. For projects above ₹1,00,000:

• 25% – Booking Amount
• 50% – On Half Job Completion
• 25% – After Completion

8. Refund & Material Deduction

If a project is canceled after material is delivered to the site, material & labor charges will be deducted as per company rates. Refunds are processed within 7 days.

9. Terms Modification

MK Home Paints reserves the right to modify, update, or change these terms without prior notice.
